It provides us with a savoury flavour enhancer which is 100% free of wheat and gluten, is completely natural and is also yeast-free. The product is manufactured from maize and rice bran oil. This Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein stock powder is also 100% free of Trans Fatty Acids.
