“After my grand daughter was found to be coeliac at the very young age of 3, what started out as a necessity to provide good wholesome gluten freefood, soon turned into a passion for my daughter Joan. She started trying new recipes and looking for new foods for her family. Family get together’s soon became gluten free to avoid any cross contamination. The food was good and everyone enjoyed it, not always realising that it was gluten free. One is limited only by their imagination.
Finding a reasonable range of gluten free foods can be time consuming and a real challenge. Jo’s Gluten Free Pantry will provide a large range of gluten free foods making shopping for the gluten intolerant families easy and simple. Jo’s Gluten Free Pantry is specifically designed for those who are after a varied assortment of tasty gluten free, and other allergen free foods.
